At Battle Creek Hardware, the customer is our first priority. We understand that there are times when you are not satisfied with a product and would like to return or exchange an item. We would like to make this as simple as possible for you.
In order to ensure that there is no misunderstanding, please give us notice for any returns or exchanges in writing and we will be able to give proper authorization. We can then give you a full refund for the products not including shipment cost back to you or an exchange for the products. Without any prior authorization you can be charged with a 25% restocking fee. |
